Cartier Celebrates Dance with the Unveiling of the New “C” Bag
This Parisian flat, as spectacular as it is intimate, served as the backdrop for Cartier to showcase its mastery of another craft, that of leather. With its clean lines and jewelled lock bearing Cartier’s initials, this new bag preserves the character of the legendary “C” model, a signature piece of the Maison. A new east-west shape or chain bag, half leather, half embroidered canvas, these models mix materials and tone-on-tone colours. The launch event featured Adrien Dantou’s artistic performance, which highlighted the subtleties of the new bag. Shortly after completing his dance studies at the Conservatoire National de Paris, the French dancer embarked on collaborations with choreographers such as Daniel Dobbels, Benjamin Millepied, and Raimund Hoghe. All while pursuing his career as a dancer, Adrien began exploring another passion of his, cinema. To illustrate his vision, he creates music videos, short films, and visual arts.
After the performance, this new little marvel was introduced to influencers and friends of the Maison such as Clio Bargellini, Claire Rose Cliteur, Sofia Roe, May Berthelot, Chrissy Rutherford…
