BULGARI Celebrates the 75th Anniversary of Serpenti

According to Greco-Roman mythology, snakes possess transformation and regeneration powers due to their ability to shed their skin. Bulgari’s iconic snake was the result of an inventive Tubogas technique, that is, a double-spiral structure enveloping the arm inspired by the reptile’s innate suppleness. To mark the 75 successful years of this piece, which has become a symbol of the Maison, the Roman company took over the prestigious Musée Nissim de Camondo. This sumptuous private mansion, whose lush garden opens up to the very edge of the Parc Monceau, provided the perfect setting for a late-summer evening on the eve of Paris Fashion Week. Adorned to echo the Serpenti bag symbols, the venue featured live performances by Charlotte Cardin, Pierre de Maere and Mahmood. Among the Fashion crowd in attendance, we caught a glimpse of Olympia of Greece, Poppy Delevingne, Nieves Alvarez, Ami & Aya, Wallis Day, Anna Cleveland, Shao Yu-Wei, Renata Notni, Rainsford, Natasha Lau, Christine Su, Lena Situation and Molly Chiang.
