Blumarine’s Fashion Show, an Iconic Game

Spazio Maiocchi, Milan

Black, red, white: in Blumarine’s Fall-Winter 25/26 collection, there is no room for nuance or half-measures, as it is with our desires and obsessions, which rarely live in uncertainty. The vision of new creative director David Koma gathers the elements of Anna Molinari’s brand and amplifies them, while a voice is whispering the four pivotal points of the fashion show: “Obsession, Desire, Iconic, Sensual”.

David Koma pays homage to Blumarine’s legacy between Y2K inspiration, touches of upper-class style elegance and sensuality. On Spazio Maiocchi runway we can see recurring elements, such as maxi furs and voluminous shearling inserts on skirt hems and jacket collars. Everything is opulent but never too much. Similarly, low-waisted denim pants are enriched with floral appliqués blooming in different materials and shapes on cardigans, dresses and jackets. Finally, Blumarine’s plant symbol returns in the maxi jeweled belts, which rest on the models’ hips as a sign of uniqueness.

In Blumarine’s Fall Winter 2025 2026 collection there is sensuality and repetition, the aspirational desire to be part of that whole. But there’s also playfulness, the will to never take oneself too seriously, as it is in that transparent dress with an austere shape from which peeks out, almost like a dare, a pair of rhinestone butterfly panties. The front row welcomed many celebrities: Myss Keta, Rose Villain and Normani.
