Béatrice Salmon Bestows the Legion of Honour on Christine Phal, Founding President of Drawing Now
On November 25th, the founder and president of Drawing Now Paris and Drawing Lab, Christine Phal, was awarded the insignia of the Legion of Honour by Béatrice Salmon, director of the Centre National des Arts Plastiques. This distinction highlights the relevance of her work on behalf of artists and contemporary drawing.
The ceremony was held at the Drawing Hotel, the flagship venue for the Drawing Society’s ecosystem.
Some of the personalities in attendance included Jérôme Sans, Marc Donnadieu, Christopher Miles, Claudine Grammont, Georges-Philippe Vallois, Colette Barbier, Daniel Bosser, Marion and Claudine Papillon, and Laurence Maynier.
