Astier de Villatte Entrusts Its Ceramics to Grace Coddington’s Caring Hands
The figurehead of American Vogue for decades, Grace Coddington is a legend in her own right. Her adorable little drawings are, however, little known to most. Among other things, they illustrate the former model’s fondness for the cats that have been a part of her life for the past 50 years. Following his work with Eva Jospin, Astier de Villatte decided to collaborate with Grace Coddington on a series of objects, which includes a tea set with cups, saucers and teapots, as well as postcards and matching envelopes. During the presentation of the collection, we met Benoît Astier de Villatte, Suzi de Givenchy, Ivan Pericoli, Ellen von Unwerth and many others.
