Art Basel 2022, when Emmanuel Perrotin made the city dance

The world’s most popular art fair is back, running to its usual dates, June 14-19. One of the most coveted art events, every year Art Basel attracts thousands of art dealers, artists and collectors: 290 galleries from forty countries exhibit their best finds and organize events for art aficionados. In short, it’s the perfect opportunity for Emmanuel Perrotin to return to the prestigious fair that he knows well. The gallery owner was quick to revive tradition and without further ado took over the Elisabethenkirche church, an emblematic monument of the city. As always, he transformed the central nave into a dance-floor with the special help of Perrier-Jouët. On the program for this Holy Tuesday: live performances by Lewis OfMan and Prudence, a DJ set by Pedro Winter and Myd and a very festive evening. On this magic night, one could meet all of the art crowd, let yourself be carried away by the night in an electric atmosphere, enjoying these privileged moments with a glass of Perrier-Jouët… Amen!
