Beauty Pride as told by Andreādamo
Andreādamo’s celebration of of the female body beauty takes to the catwalk on the last day of Milano Moda Donna, drawing inspiration from the harmony of dance. The brand, which recently won one of the 2024 grants from the Camera Moda Fashion Trust, the project of the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana to support emerging brands, is the quintessence of contemporary femininity. Garments are designed to enhance the body, in some cases even to show it off, with bold transparencies and cuts in the right places. It is a casually sensual collection, where knitwear plays a central role, worked and mesh-effect, on one-shoulder tops, low-cut V-necks and extremely revealing trousers, or for long dresses with halter necklines. Even the fringes which decorate tops and skirts, whose dancing movement add grace to the models’ gait, are knitted. The tight silhouettes that dominate the collection are balanced by some elements that surprisingly play with volumes of opposite kind, such as the balloon shapes of wide trousers and short skirts.
