André Saraiva’s first book launch at Ofr Paris
Street and visual artist André Saraiva presented his first book to a cool and eclectic crowd last Saturday in Paris. From photography to street art, André is all at once : both an artist and an entrepreneur, he is also behind some of the most famous hotspots of the Parisian nightlife – Le Baron, Chez Moune or Hotel Amour to name just a few.
From Tokyo’s airport to LACMA, André has always been an advocate for street art to be recognized as a proper art form. This book, constructed as a visual autobiography of his works, is paving the way to a deeper reflection on what art means. The artist also collaborated with important figures of the fashion industry including late Virgil Abloh. We ran into singer Claire Laffut, artistic director Constantine Antonov, and model Anissa Ennouhi.
