Last year, American Vintage began a partnership with the Hyères Festival through the creation of its own Photography Award rewarding a young talent among ten finalists. While its first edition put Luis Alberto Rodriguez (whom we met at the opening ceremony of the Festival this Thursday) under the spotlight, the Marseille-born fashion house gathered friends and journalists around a cocktail in the cubist garden of the Villa Noailles. This was an opportunity to get into the Festival spirit before the winner is chosen in a few days. Far from the tumult of Paris, Claire Laffut (who sang the day before at the Chanel dinner), designer Yasmine Eslami or Lucilla Chenel all gathered around American Vintage’s Communications Director Franck Menegaux.
