An air of gastronomy floats over Paris with Tous au Restaurant, the now traditional and annual rendezvous between gastronomy and the general public, the 7th edition of which began today with a colourful, upstairs lunch held at the Perchoir du BHV MARAIS.
Everyone at the Restaurant is, beyond an opportunity to taste exceptional tables or beloved addresses, a moment of reflection around the restaurant, questioning both what is on our plates as well as the way to welcome, in a concern for intelligent and sustainable development. The main idea: to give meaning and emotion again at this fundamental moment that is the meal.
130 guests were thus able to marvel at the view over the rooftops of Paris and the Town Hall from the Perchoir before discovering as an aperitif the vegetable garden wall which prefigures the 2000m² of the future”largest vegetable garden in Paris” designed and built by the pioneers of the urban vegetable farms”Sous les Fraises”.
But it is the performance with 8 hands of Denny Imbrosi (IDA, Paris), Pierre Lambinon (PY-R, Toulouse), Sébastien Sanjou (Le Relai des Moines, Var) and François Gagnaire (among others, Anicia, Paris) who prepared together and in front of the guests a high-flying menu that left just enough room for the gourmet creations of Angelo Musa, the latest recruit of the Plaza Athénée. An elegant and delicious way to reflect on the”restaurant of tomorrow”, the central theme of the edition, while tasting the best of today’s cuisine.
