The Laughing Cow celebrated its 90th birthday last night at the Gaité Lyrique. It’s been almost a century since small portions of cheese became a must in the fridge. In figures, the Laughing Cow is 115 portions eaten every second, in 120 countries. So, to mark the occasion, the brand asked Jean-Charles de Castelbajac to relook the premises.
