The 19th Edition of Design Miami/ Unveils Its Creations in Miami Beach
The 19th edition of Design Miami/ opened its doors on December 6th at the Miami Beach Convention Center. This prestigious fair, directed by Jennifer Roberts, plays a key role in the international design scene, attracting thousands of visitors each December as part of Art Basel Miami Beach, one of the most important art fairs in the United States.
Design Miami/ 2023 showcases a wide range of creations, from furniture design to innovative concepts and creations in fashion and retail. This year’s theme, “WHERE WE STAND”, chosen by curator Anna Carnick, highlights the role that design has played throughout history in reflecting and responding to the world around us and in this pivotal and polarised moment. The fair has never been more relevant.
We met many talented artists and art professionals, including Pasquale Junior Natuzzi, Chris Wolston, Gala Espel and Chloe Bensahel.
