For its 15th birthday, Ed Banger revises its hits with a symphonic spin
Ed Banger is 15! For the anniversary of his label which raises high the colors of the electronic music, Pedro Winter took served something quite different from a great DJ set… It was a giant symphonic concert. On stage, seventy musicians of the Lamoureux Orchestra conducted by Thomas Roussel. In two hours of show, Pedro Winter managed to give a new spin to fifteen years of electronic music. The biggest hits of the label’s artists, Justice, SebastiAn, Breakbot or Busy P (alias Pedro) were played there before the whole Ed Banger family met at the Rex Club for an after party (“for those who want to dance at all costs”). Justice, Cassius, Myd, So-me, Vladimir Cauchemar and the others kept the club awake until the early morning… Because at 15 years old, Ed Banger has lost nothing of his sound.
