Sunday Night Live by Laure Guilbault: a New Season of Fascinating Conversations Celebrated at La Fontaine Gaillon

Laure Guilbault’s Sunday Night Live kicks off its 5th season in style. A private cocktail and dinner party took place at the restaurant La Fontaine Gaillon in the Opéra neighbourhood, gathering guests from season 4 such as Jean Charles de Castelbajac, Stephen Jones, Thomas Jolly, Vanessa Bruno and Vincent Darré, among others. Entrepreneur Guillaume Bénard took over this Parisian institution in 2024. He has revived the establishment’s original cachet, especially with the second floor cosy lounges overlooking Place Gaillon, above the famous fountain with a statue of a Triton and a dolphin.

Launched during the pandemic, Sunday Night Live offers an in-depth look at the fashion industry by delving into the personal stories of designers. Every Sunday at 6pm, Laure Guilbault welcomes influential and passionate guests on her Instagram account @laureguilbault for captivating live interviews. This weekly show brings together an ever-growing community, as the Sunday evening interview feels more like a relaxing drink with friends, giving the viewers some inspiration for the week ahead. Replays and clips from the show are available on Laure’s Instagram @laureguilbault, and the podcast version is accessible on Apple Podcast and Spotify.

Highlights of 2024 included episodes with actresses Kelly Rutherford and Judith Godrèche and singer Pierre de Maere. The Olympic year also saw Laure welcome Thomas Jolly, who amazed us all with the opening and closing ceremonies, but also Mathieu Lehanneur, the designer of the torch and the cauldron, as well as fencing champion Enzo Lefort and many others.

Other guests included host and stylist Cristina Cordula, makeup artist Harold James, Amazonian-born model Zaya Guarani, Carolina Cucinelli (Brunello Cucinelli’s Vice President and Co-Creative Director), Danish stylist Alexandra Carl, fashion show sound designer Michel Gaubert, as well as Parisian-born Mathilde Favier, public relations director at Dior couture.
