The Experimental group seems unstoppable! Owner of a dozen hotels in Paris, Ibiza, Venise and Verbier, Experimental is the industry’s favorite rule-breaker. In 2022, the group acquired Cowley Manor, which blends into its surroundings and offers a playful mix of styles and contrasts, especially with the decor by Dorothée Meilichzon. In a countryside that resembles the Perche region, bright colours – electric blue, aqua, brick red, beige, terracotta…) meet geometrical shapes; furnitures are made of lacquer, rattan, lava stone and burr walnut; the woodworks, stairs and fireplaces are all original; finally, the place features many rabbit drawings and checked patterns. In the kitchen, Jackson Boxer brings his own mischievous twist to local cuisine and makes you want to leave the spa and sit down for dinner. A real feat in England!
