Evok Collection Presents its Cinema Award at the Hôtel Brach Paris Under Pierre Niney’s Watchful Eye
At the Hôtel Brach Paris, Evok Collection is celebrating the creation of its Cinema Award, co-founded by journalist Charlotte Bouteloup and Jérôme Barcessat. Seven new awards were presented to some of the professions involved in French cinema: Award for the Best Film, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Young Talent, Best Make-up Artist, Best Hairstylist and Best Poster. For this exceptional first edition, Pierre Niney stepped into the role of jury president, assisted by Laura Felpin, Ana Girardot, Thomas Lavelle, Leslie Medina and Dimitri Rassam. The Best Young Talent Award went to Malik Frikah, who stood out for his touching portrayal of Clotaire in Gilles Lellouche’s film L’Amour Ouf (2024), which won the Best Film Award. Evok Collection has successfully taken up the challenge of celebrating French cinema in a truly intergenerational way.
During this inspiring evening, we met Eye Haidara, Patrick Mille, Vincent Elbaz, Aurélie Saada, Lucien Jean Baptiste, the director duo Matthieu Delaporte and Alexandre de la Patellière as well as many more figures of the French cinema.
