The New KUJTEN and Dr Woo Collaboration Challenges the Codes of Cashmere

The iconic cashmere label KUJTEN, founded by Carole Benaroya and Stéphanie Eriksson, is unveiling a collaboration with renowned Californian tattoo artist DR WOO. The result of this new alliance is a collection that blends luxury and art in a unique way.

Resolutely unisex, the collection offers a modern take on the American university wardrobe of the 1960s, including oversized cardigans, bowling shirts and reinterpreted overalls. Each garment is adorned with motifs reflecting DR WOO’s delicate craftsmanship while evoking values of freedom and strength through the symbol of the eagle, the emblem of Mongolia, the birthplace of cashmere.

The collection is inspired by DR WOO’s mood board, influenced by the cultural vitality of late 60s Los Angeles. Under the creative direction of Stéphanie, co-founder of KUJTEN, this spirit has been revisited to transform the varsity jacket, emblematic of students, into a totem of elegance.

During the evening, we met Andreas Giesen, Philippine Darblay, Antoine Schmidt, Caroline Vreeland, and Samy Voigt.
