Lotus x Theory 1: Light Might be Right

“Light is right”, as Lotus founder Colin Chapman so aptly put it. Considering its weight of a ton and half, the new electric sports car from Lotus is a far cry from the founder’s principles. For the rest, the car draws inspiration from iconic Lotus models, including James Bond’s car Esprit, and delivers remarkable performance: it goes from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds, and can reach up to 320 km/h. Another special feature is the three-seat design with wide gullwing doors for easy access. The equipment of this futuristic racing car is completed by haptic controls, carbon bucket seats with adjustable padding and a multi-function steering wheel directly inspired by F1 cars.
