GANT Celebrates 75 Years of Preppy Style at the MERCI Concept Store
To celebrate their 75th anniversary, GANT celebrates its iconic preppy style with an exceptional capsule collection available at the Merci concept store.
For the occasion, the brand also organized a captivating masterclass on the history of preppy style, led by fashion professor and founder of Ephemera book shop Pascal Monfort and the influencer couple “Jaimetoutcheztoi”, formed by Alice Barbier and Jean-Sébastien Roques.
Drawing inspiration from its rich archives, some of which were found as far away as South Korea, the brand reinvents some of the great classics of Northeastern American college wardrobes. Oxford shirts, Harrington jackets, candy-striped poplin, navy sweaters and caps establish the codes of a timeless and contemporary preppy style, which are still highly coveted today.
