The Opening of Le Grand Hotel Cayré Wins Over Saint-Germain-des-Prés

The latest addition to the Miiro lifestyle hotel brand boasts a meticulously decorated interior, which has some hidden gems such as “l’Appartement du Collectionneur”, which features a selection of pieces curated by Gilbert Kann, or the “sky” of the staircase, a piece by Mathias Kiss that seems to reach up the sky.
Echoing its glorious past as a literary restaurant, the hotel houses the brasserie Annette, which proposes contemporary Parisian cuisine, and Officine Bac, an innovative cocktail bar nestled in an elegant and intimate space.
Boasting 123 outstanding rooms, including two suites with privileged views of the Eiffel Tower, this new hotel is quite a compelling new alternative for lovers of the Saint Germain-des-prés district.
