Is there something more coveted than Olympic medals these days ? Surely, there isn’t. To transport them with style, the LVMH group asked Louis Vuitton to design trunks and trays to carry the trophies and award them. For the sake of consistency, the house also designed the outfits for the 500 volunteers who will have the pleasure of presenting the awards to the athletes. The ensemble is a nod to the 1924 Paris Olympics and combines Parisian spirit with vintage chic. These carefully assembled outfits are the result of a French recycling process involving several industries, and will be in the spotlight as soon as the first events get underway on July 24th.
