Enlivened by the Villa Noailles and its Design Parades, the town of Hyères is reviving its vintage charm. The latest sign of this turnaround is the Lilou Hôtel, led by entrepreneur David Pirone, who already has a number of establishments to his credit. The West Palm Beach ambience, created by the Haddou-Dufourcq studio, which had already made a name for itself at the Design Parade, focuses on the great names in vintage furniture. The cuisine makes us travel around the Mediterranean coasts, from Lebanon to Turkey, from Morocco to the Var coast. Chic and reasonable for what’s on offer, the place is just waiting for today’s fashionable people.
