Park Hyatt Milano celebrates its 20th anniversary by unveiling three brand new Signature Suites designed by the Flaviano Capriotti Architetti studio. The three spaces are dedicated to three symbolic places of Milan: Duomo, Montenapoleone, and Brera. Already known for the exclusive cocktail bar “Mio Lab” and the fine dining restaurant “Pellico 3”, architect Flaviano Capriotti drew inspiration from the post-war Masters’ legacy for the design of the three new Signature Suites. Emphasizing traditional materials and preferring neutral nuances, he created cozy suites where luxury is discreet and timeless. A narrative unfolds through history, design, literature, and poetry.
The Brera suite is located on the noble floor of the hotel, while the Montenapoleone and Duomo suites, located on the sixth floor, open directly onto the sky through their terraces, in line with the other rooftops of the city. Warm materials such as dark brushed solid oak wood trace the various environments, alternating with the precious Alpi green marble, in a play of balances that enhances textiles, furnishings, and above all pieces signed by design stars like Franco Albini, Luigi Caccia Dominioni, Angelo Mangiarotti, Gio Ponti, Ignazio Gardella, and Enzo Mari.
“The hotel – explains Capriotti – is located in a rather dense urban fabric, with a beautiful view of the Galleria and allows guests to live in a shell, in the heart of the city, but protected from the outside world”.
