The new season is upon us so Roche Bobois chooses to collaborate with Jean Paul Gautier to give life to the revisitation of the Mah Jong sofa, one of the most iconic models of the transalpine design brand which has always placed values such as innovation, savoir-faire and responsibility, thus creating a perfect combination of aesthetics and environmental awareness. For the interiors, Roche Bobois therefore worked alongside the French designer, creating a version of the Mah Jong embellished with his famous fabrics. The delicate yet exuberant motifs, such as the stripes adorned with woven flowers or the nets enriched by a play of light and dark colors, give the sofa a timeless elegance. The project also has an outdoor version, where the iconic Mah Jong – equipped with new platforms that lift it off the ground – is instead made with Missoni fabrics, which give the sofa a unique liveliness and delicacy.
