Tod’s and Lamborghini Launch their Collaboration at Pitti Uomo
When two Italian brands deeply rooted in tradition meet, the result is bound to be synonymous with the finest of Transalpine savoir-faire. Just as Lamborghini has been writing the history of motorsport since the early ’60s, Tod’s has been scripting that of elegance – discreet yet refined – since the ’70s. Case in point: the iconic “Gommino” loafer, inspired by racing driver’s slippers, entirely handmade and sported by the most tasteful, making them a sign of elegance and refinement. During the famous Pitti Uomo men’s fashion fair in Florence, Tod’s unveiled a new version of the “Gommino” designed in collaboration with Lamborghini. This new model, which features a colour echoing the hues of the Lamborghini bodywork and a heel inspired by the speedster’s curves, was revealed at an exclusive evening party attended by Corey Mylchreest, Corentin Huard, Suzy Menkes, Monsieur Coupet, Hugo Chassaing, Igee Okafor, and Sharl Crb.
