The Christmas Dinner at La Chambre Bleue, in the Heart of the Hotel Delano Paris
Just a few months ago, Michelin Star Chef Dani Garcia opened his new concept, “La Chambre Bleue”, in the heart of the Delano Hotel in Paris. This is the first French address for the chef, renowned for his ever-evolving reinterpretation of Spanish cuisine and already at the helm of a dozen restaurants all over the world. La Chambre bleue is a tribute to Pablo Picasso’s blue period, which the chef deeply admires. Among the guests attending this Christmas dinner were Valentin Gaudin, Eléonore Jalou, Léa Durand, Camille Pidoux, Margaux Breton, Fadela Mecheri, Zoé Tondut, Camélia Bourbon and Marie Gilliot.
