Say Who’s Intimate Dinner at Petrossian

This is one of those places steeped in history. Back in 1920, the Petrossian family opened a small shop on the corner of rue de l’université and boulevard de la Tour-Maubourg. At the time, they sold everything with the exception of the caviar that would later make them so famous. It took them almost 10 years of hard work to import the first beans. Just like most shopkeepers at the time, the family lived just above the establishment, on the 1st floor of the building.

Over 100 years later, the boutique has expanded, the Petrossian family has founded an empire, and the 1st floor of the building, once the grandparents’ living room, is now home to private dining areas. Today, the family name stands for its top-quality caviar, which has conquered the menus of Michelin-star restaurants all over the world. On Tuesday 7, this venue brimming with history was the stage for a delightful dinner table, laid over by the team of Mickael Petrossian, today at the helm of the group. It was the perfect occasion to discover the secrets of these exceptional eggs and many other delights.

Thanks to the help of Flavie Costamagna, this intimate dinner organised by SayWho, which has been covering the zeitgeist of art, culture and luxury for over 10 years, was an opportunity for us to cross paths with Johanne Legris, Renaud Lestringuant, Eric Collombin, Aurélie Bonkowski, Alexia Aubert, Eloïse Coisy, Mélanie Hubert, Prisca Teichmann, Nicolas Ouchenir, Matthieu Soudan, Benjamin Bérenger, Amel Berkani, and Edouard de la Poëze.
