Together x Plan 8 Introduces us to “The Selects”
Paris is already a thriving creative capital, but during Fashion Week, the city reaches new heights exhibiting the work from international talents. This extraordinary period of the year isn’t just the moment when we attend our favourite designers’ shows, but also a great opportunity to discover new emerging brands. Well aware of this privileged time, Plan 8 develops different showroom formats, aiming precisely at giving visibility to rising stars and facilitating their expansion into new territories and international markets. On Monday 2, Together x Plan 8 introduced us to The Selects, an initiative organised by the Korean Content Agency (KOCCA) to promote young Korean fashion designers. In this Spring-Summer 24 edition, The Selects highlighted promising figures from the industry, including Cahiers, En Or, Bmuet(te), Doucan, D-antidote, Julycolumn, Seokwoon Yoon, Maison Nica, Vegan Tiger and Mmam.
During the launch evening, which featured Pam Hogg’s DJ set, we met Diane Pernet, Jaydena, Nicolas Ouchenir, and many others.
