Sisley Inaugurates its New Maison in the Heart of the Rive Gauche
Thursday 9 February 2023 saw the grand opening of a new Maison Sisley: 15 rue du Bac in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. A prestigious 220m2 place designed as a true luxury house in the city, thus echoing Sisley’s original address on the rive droite, Avenue de Friedland. The venue embodies the spirit of the French beauty brand, which is that of the art of living, and it thus conveys the taste, style, aestheticism, eclecticism and singularity so representative of the brand and the d’Ornano family. From a fresco by Vincent Darré to a triptych by Elzbieta Radziwill, from Bruno Dufourmantelle’s “broken forests” to the giant butterfly created by Jean-François Fourtou, Maison Sisley Rive Gauche is both luminous and lyrical. This makes it the ideal place to escape, for an hour or two, for a beauty break from the hustle and bustle of the Parisian metropolis. Invited by Isabelle, Christine and Philippe d’Ornano, friends, press and artists were invited to discover the new House during a beautiful inauguration evening.
