Dsquared2 Spring-Summer 2023: a summer of Good Vibrations
“Gotta keep those lovin’ Good Vibrations”. Dsquared2 is riding the waves of summer only with positive vibes. This spring-summer collection 2023 took inspiration from a Bob Marley mashup of 1970s hippies and surfers (the twins worked closely with musician’s Foundation). For Dean and Dan Caten, it’s a season of positive vibrations, levity and freedom. Free your mind and the rest will follow. Today’s cool guys walked the catwalk living the life to its fullest: from diving into the ocean to riding miles on a motorcycle wearing biker jackets from the collaboration between Honda and Dsquared2. Star of Dean and Dan’s parade, a Jamaican surfer who wears floral sarongs and linen trousers, loose light beach trunks and flowing anoraks. Classic clothing, like suit jackets, found a place layered over loose parachute pants. So all we have to do is “pickin’ up Good Vibrations” and wearing them. Marcel Jacobs, Nic Kaufmann, Gue Pequeno, Tony Effe, Ben Schulz, Max Harwood, Jacob Rott and Corey Kispert were all there to give a taste to this summer of Good Vibrations.
