Espèces d’espaces: the Dvir Gallery settles down in Paris
After Tel Aviv and Brussels, the iconic Dvir Gallery is settling down to Paris. Located in the heart of the historic Marais district, this third space is a natural extension of the gallery’s activities and its work to promote artists, and embodies the close relationships it has forged with the French cultural world through numerous collaborations with talents, private collections and public and private institutions. Last Thursday, the new space opened its doors with the inaugural exhibition entitled “Espèces d’espaces”, a tribute to the writer Georges Perec. Mircea Cantor and Yudith Levin, whose works are present in the exhibition, but also many art personalities, such as Jennifer Flay, Matthieu Poirier or Emily Marant, came to the opening night to celebrate this new chapter in the history of the iconic gallery. A look back in pictures at the opening night…
