Anthropologie opens its first Parisian boutique
On the other side of the Atlantic, Anthropologie is already a great success. The brand has finally arrived in France this September, opening two boutiques in strategic districts of the capital. On September 27th the brand will open a store on Avenue de l’Opéra; in the meantime, it inaugurated its first Parisian boutique in the Marais, on rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie. A bohemian universe of fashion, decorative objects and designer furniture, the shop is like a chic bazaar, with each corner cleverly designed. Wall frescos of flowers and animals were drawn in pen by the artist Florence Balducci. She was present for the opening to make stylized portraits of the guests to “capture their spiritual animal.” In attendance were Paloma Coquant, Victoria Monfort and Léa Villani…
