Blanca Li sets Paris on Madrid time
Dancer and choreographer Blanca Li wants to take you on a little trip to Madrid. Oh! Happy, the new Parisian cabaret on rue Saint-Marc, was inaugurated on Friday, February 15th; the Spanish-inflected venue features dancing, singing and a series of extravagant evenings. “Las Fiestas de Blanca Li” is a concept of festive and offbeat soirées, conceived as a declaration of love for the cities of Paris and Madrid, co-created with Dani Morla. At the opening, Blanca Li invited her friends—like the designer Rabih Kayrouz, actress Paquita Paquin, designer Fifi Chachnil, artist The Kid and model Ines Rau—to enjoy a cabaret dinner full of surprises. On the program: flamenco, magic, circus acts and all kinds of performances by invited artists. In short: it was a celebration without moderation!
