When it comes to bringing together cultural and business figures for a good cause, Link is an expert in the field. Right after the much-anticipated amfAR dinner in Cannes, and a few days before Vienna’s Life Ball, the president of the endowment fund created for the research agains AIDS invited his address book to Hôtel d’Evreux for an exceptional dinner. The event was organized with the support of amfAR and Life +. While Pamela Anderson (Link’s guest of honor), Kristina Bazan and Fiona Zanetti ensured the event’s glamour, it was also the occasion to create bridge between the generations. Namely with the presence of Claudia Cardinale and young actor Shaïn Boumedine (discovered in Abdellatif Kechiche’s film “Mektoub, my love”). Also in attendance that night were a handful of French actresses like Alice Taglioni, Joséphine Japy, Morgane Polanski or Camille Cottin. With a dinner hosted by French chef Emmanuel Renaut, and along with speeches and film screenings, the evening raised nearly €200,000 for the fight against AIDS.
