For its twentieth edition, Art Paris Art Fair has again kept all its promises. At the Grand Palais, it highlighted nearly 150 French and international galleries. While the exhibition curator François Piron was in charge of presenting “a look at the French scene” with a selection of 20 artists among the participating galleries, Switzerland was this year the country in the spotlight with art historian Karine Tissot. Of course, Art Paris could not have let this twentieth anniversary pass without organizing, under the vaults of the Grand Palais, a great evening of celebration to blow out its 20 candles. Around its curator general Guillaume Piens, Valentine and Julien Lecêtre and Catherine Vauselle, gallery owners, companies and friends had met to celebrate four days of meetings, discoveries, and essentially of art.
