A collection of encrypted Gitanes, capillary architecture, a procession around a burning totem pole: this is the new exhibition “Don’t Be Cruel” presented at the Vanessa Quang Gallery. Mixing claws, incantations and animality and under the direction of Anaïd Demir, the exhibition brings together the work of artists such as Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Léo Dorfner, Charlie le Mindu, Maroussia Rebecq and Liquid Architecture. An atmosphere between pagan and sacred that seeks, as Elvis did in the 60s, to awaken the animal within us.
