Last night, the Prince of Wales celebrated the Russian New Year, punctuated by the mix of DJ Cécile Togni, who took the opportunity to celebrate her birthday in good company. At the bar Les Heures and the Jardin d’Hiver, the evening featured another Diamond the cocktail created for the occasion by Chef Barman Christopher Gaglione – made with Beluga vodka infused with Anastasia tea. Chef Stéphanie Le Quellec, for her part, has set out to enhance her gastronomic menu with the rigorous Slavic notes.
This event also marks the launch of the Prince of Wales’ weekly evenings, which will welcome DJ Vera’s resident on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, starting on 6 February. Nasdrovie!
