Hidden behind a secret door in the heart of Sirha Bake & Snack, this new-generation speakeasy was a well-kept secret: a hideaway for those who create and think about contemporary cuisine.
Between intimate talks, live cooking, and DJ sets, Nina Métayer, Claire Heitzler, Benoît Castel, Yann Couvreur, Éric Verbauwhede, Walter Ishizuka, the duo Hugo Riboulet & Albane Auvray, and many others shared stories and anecdotes in an off-the-record atmosphere.
