Eva Jospin Unveils Grottesco at the Grand Palais, an Immersive Journey Through Caves, Ruins, and Imaginary Architecture

Grand Palais, Paris

Eva Jospin’s exhibition ‘Grottesco’ unfolds an immersive journey where sculpted landscapes and imaginary architectures intertwine. Inspired by the founding legend of the discovery of the Domus Aurea, it explores the cave as a space of discovery and transformation, blending botanical, mineral, and fantastical elements. Through drawings, sculptures, installations, and new works, including a series of high reliefs combining cardboard and textiles, the artist encourages visitors to take a step-by-step journey through a world in constant transformation, between ruins, forests, and secret cavities, revealing the multiple layers of her imagination.

The opening of Eva Jospin’s exhibition was followed by a dinner organized by GALLERIA CONTINUA at the Grand Café, where we met Lorenzo Fiaschi, Mario Cristiani, Sarah Andelman, and many others.
