Slash Objects x Coexist: Simplicity is Key

Slash Objects, Arielle Assouline-Lichten’s design studio, is opening its first permanent space in SoHo, New York (224 Center Street) with the exhibition ‘Between the Lightness and the Darkness’. Designed as an industrial loft, this showroom will be an evolving platform for design, art, and fashion, channeling the raw energy of old New York. The exhibition features new pieces extending the Coexist collection, exploring a balance of contrasting materials. The show includes the Coexist Credenza, created in collaboration with Italian workshop Mingardo, in a combination of aluminum and green onyx, a material also used for the Coexist Mirror. It also features stainless steel with the Coexist Bench and the Adri Chair. These creations combine industrial precision with organic appeal: produced in the US, Italy and Portugal, they reaffirm the studio’s commitment to craftsmanship excellence and pursue its reflection on weight, balance, and the body in space.
