Awards Ceremony for the Third Edition of “Les Éloges” at the Théâtre du Châtelet
On Monday, October 20th, the cultural media platform L’éloge, co-founded by Constance Arnoult, hosted the third edition of its Les Éloges awards ceremony at the opulent Théâtre du Châtelet. The event honours artists and craftspeople working in the performing arts.
This year’s theme was Broadway and musical theatre, with Frédéric Fontan serving as artistic director and stage director, and Camille Dugas as set designer. The laureates were: Denis Podalydès, recipient of the Éloge de la Mise en Scène for Faust; Éric Ruf, recipient of the Éloge des Décors for Faust; Carole Allemand, Hugo Bardon, Laurent Huet and Maxence Moulin, recipients of the Éloge Perruques, Coiffures, Maquillages et Masques for Que d’espoir !; Vanessa Sannino and the Bruno Jouvet workshops, recipients of the Éloge des Costumes for Les Contes de Perrault; Louis Langrée, recipient of the Éloge de la Musique for Faust; Mathieu Perotto, recipient of the Éloge de l’Interprète Homme for Léviathan and Un Sacre; Neïma Naouri, recipient of the Éloge de l’Interprète Chant for Gypsy; Loup Marcault-Derouard, recipient of the Éloge du Danseur for Play and Red Carpet; Melo Lauret and Zakary Bairi (Plutôt vomir que faillir), recipients of the Éloge du Public; and Natalie Dessay, recipient of the Éloge d’Honneur
Awarded by a jury of prominent figures from the art world, including Axel Auriant, Léa Desandre, Mathieu Herzog, Cédric Klapisch, Bruno de Lavenère, Valérie Lesort, Christian Louboutin, Hannah O’Neill, Barbara Pravi, and Léo Walk, this award ceremony is one of the highlights of Paris Art Week.
