Lafayette Anticipations Unveils New Exhibitions by Meriem Bennani and Steffani Jemison

Lafayette Anticipations

Contributing to the creative momentum sweeping the French capital during Art Week, Lafayette Anticipations presents two striking exhibitions. Meriem Bennani’s installation, composed of 201 flip-flops transformed into percussion instruments, explores the notion of coexistence and extends throughout the height of the Foundation. Running in parallel, Steffani Jemison’s exhibition, the result of her residency in the production workshops, features a series of new sculptures as well as a video reflecting on the influence of atmospheric phenomena on the human body.

At the exhibition opening, we crossed paths with Guillaume Houzé, Rebecca Lamarche-Vadel, Camille Henrot, Francesca Corona, Marguerite Humeau, Martin Bethenod, Laurent Le Bon, Alexia Fabre, Vanessa Bruno, and Florence Tetier.
