Petrossian and La Maison du Chocolat Bring New Flavours to Paris Fashion Week
Who would have thought? It may seem unlikely at first glance, yet the partnership between Caviar Petrossian and La Maison du Chocolat has borne fruit, giving rise to a third instalment of the INSOLITE collection, as surprising as it is delicious.
Led by Nicolas Cloiseau, the two brands unveiled ‘INSOLITE Caviar’, a daring creation combining chocolate and Petrossian caviar. This almond and hazelnut praline with marine and buttery notes stimulates the senses. A unique collaboration between two prestigious Maisons, it delivers an original tasting experience. Neither black nor white, neither sweet nor salty, the special melting texture of this caviar praline imbues the caramelised dried fruit notes with an original marine flavour.
