What if fashion became cinema? This is what happens in Ferragamo’s Pre-Fall 2025 collection, told through a triptych of short films directed by Alice Rohrwacher.
Sensitive and imaginative direction celebrates the brand’s Hollywood origins and its artisanal vocation, under the creative direction of Maximilian Davis. In L’Appuntamento, Angelina Kendall strides through the city like a star from another era, wearing Gancini slingbacks and clutching a bag with a decisive gesture. L’Avventura takes the narrative to nature, with cork sandals, woven bags, and slip-ons that pay homage to Salvatore Ferragamo’s beloved materials. Finally, Doppio Sogno immerses us in a suspended campaign, amid literary influences, soft leathers, and twins balancing on Vara loafers.
“We wanted to evoke an ironic, material, and profoundly Italian elegance,” explains Davis. In the two extra chapters, Behind the Scenes and Director’s Cut, the maison combines the slowness of the artisanal gesture with the timeless magic of the big screen.
