London, Zurich, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Toronto… it was just a matter of time for Paris. For several years now, the famous English magazine has been transposing its aesthetic in the form of cafés-stores. Perfect for a literary and gourmet break, they embody the taste for the art of living for which Monocle is renowned. To mark the occasion, founder Tyler Brûlé called on the Kann Design studio to create a minimalist, functional and, of course, highly refined space for his very first Parisian address. There, you can enjoy a quick coffee, a look at the latest news, a tasting of Japanese-inspired sandos by Yabaï Sando, or even a chat over a glass of wine. Seasoned connoisseurs will be quick to add 16, Rue Bachaumont to their address books.
